Scout Fitness Trails for People in Recovery
Scout running, biking, and hiking trails for people in recovery with The Phoenix! The Phoenix?۪s mission is to build an active sober community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection so that together we rise, recover, and live. Your work in scouting running, hiking, and biking trails across Los Angeles will help provide people striving for sobriety to have a healthy stress and energy release. Plus you'll get a great workout in the process, too! Is there a hike you've been wanting to try? An awesome stretch of street for bikes LA needs to know about? Sign up for this opportunity to scout it out and share some details. These details will go to The Phoenix, who will share this list of accessible and safe outdoor activities with their sober community. When scouting a path/trail we'll need to know the following details: Length of activity, parking info, starting point/directions, restroom access, access to medical treatment and/or closest care facility, access to water, trail condition, and any fire/COVID impact on access.
