Lend Your Photography Skills at the 2019 LA Walk to Defeat ALS

The ALS Association Golden West Chapter is looking for volunteer photographers who can capture all the fun moments at their Los Angeles County Walk to Defeat ALS. Volunteer photographers will be taking pictures of participants throughout the day and along the one mile Walk route surrounding Exposition Park. Volunteers must have their own camera, and will need to send the photos via DropBox/Google Drive after the event. Participants will be on site from approximately 9 AM to 1 pm. Photographers should plan to volunteer for the full day. This event raises funds for ALS advocacy, ALS research, and care for families living with ALS. So if you're looking for a way to give back to your community, and love photography, this is the place for you! Volunteer as a Videographer for the Light the Night Walk

At Light The Night, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society aims to bring light to the darkness of cancer through research and cures. Light The Night is a series of fundraising campaigns benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) funding of research to find blood cancer cures. They bring hope instead of despair by working to ensure access to treatments for all blood cancer patients. They bring communities together to celebrate those who are fighting the disease and to honor those who have been lost.The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is in need of a team of videographers to cover 5 hours for each of their two evening walks. They are also requesting post production, editing, color correction, sound mixing and graphics included in the final product. Lend Your Photography Skills to Walk With Sally’s Holiday Event

Walk with Sally's mission is to provide hope through their individualized mentoring and community support services to empower children ages 7-17 experiencing trauma through a parent, guardian or sibling’s cancer journey. They are looking for a volunteer photographer to capture their Holiday event at LA Live where their mentors, mentees, and families will gather for a day of ice skating, lunch, and a movie premiere.
