Donate Winter Essentials for PATH’s Jingle Bags Event

Support PATHs recently housed clients and neighbors currently experiencing homelessness with a gift bag with essential items to help them have a happy and fulfilling holidays. Gift bags can be assembled in reusable tote bags, gift bags, or drawstring bags, and can include: Cold weather items (beanies, blankets, sweats, etc.), New hygiene products, Festive treats & snacks

Provide Holiday Gifts for the Youth at My Friend’s Place

My Friend?۪s Place is a great drop-in resource center in Hollywood offering comprehensive health, education and therapeutic services each year to 1,400 homeless youth and their children. This holiday season, My Friend?۪s Place would like to deliver gifts to some 250 homeless youth. They are in need of the following items: $10 gift cards (Target, 7/11, Ralph?۪s/Food4Less or Starbucks); new beanies and gloves; new hoodies & sweatpants/joggers (all adult sizes); new sleeping bags; new headphones/earbuds; headlamps/flashlights. LA County Teen Challenge is Collecting new women's toiletries and items for gift bags: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, women's deodorant, qtips, cotton balls, lip balm, body lotion, face lotion, scented body lotion/sprays, etc.; and women's slippers, bath robes, gloves, scarves, beanies, and non-perishable Christmas/Holiday dinner food items and non-alcoholic drinks. Because of Covid-19, they are unable to invite you inside the center at this time. Drop offs are encouraged and appreciated.
