Support St. Francis Center’s Programs with the Purchase of from Top Tamale

Seven years ago, guests utilizing St. Francis Centers Pantry Services captured the true spirit of the holidays and reached out to staff to express their desire to help raise funds for the programs on which they so deeply rely. They held a tamale cook-off and the winning tamales were sold throughout the holidays with proceeds benefiting the Centers Pantry Services. So began TOP TAMALE. Purchasing tamales not only helps provide fresh, nutritious groceries for extremely low-income families who utilize the Centers Pantry Services, but TOP TAMALE participants also: gain leadership skills; receive their food handler safety certification through the National Restaurant Association and are mentored in social entrepreneurship. To purchase your tamales please visit www.sfcla.org starting Nov. 2nd!
